San Diego Nonprofit Charity for Hope Kicks Off Hope for Nepal
Campaign seeks to raise $50,000 to build new homes for Nepal earthquake victims

Charity for Hope, a multipurpose nonprofit, kicks off its Hope for Nepal campaign to benefit BETIndia.org, an organization that provides relief in accidents and natural calamities such as drought, flood, natural disaster. With help from the local community, Hope for Nepal’s goal is to raise $50,000 by August 31, 2015. All proceeds will go directly to building new homes for those affected by the Nepal earthquake in 2015.

From now until August 31, 2015, donations made toward Charity for Hope will be doubled through a matching grant from the Asian American Cultural Society of San Diego for up to $500. The $50,000 fundraising goal will help build sixteen new homes for those impacted by the natural disaster in Nepal.

“Our board is impressed by Swami Buktanand of BETIndia.org’s dedication to the people of Nepal and the progress he has made in helping rebuild their community,” said Charity for Hope Executive Director Vipul Dayal. “Our board stands behind BETIndia.org and is committed to ensuring that every dollar donated directly benefits those who need it the most.”
